High Country Irrigation Services - West Jefferson, Boone, Blowing Rock, Sparta and Wilkes
There are many different types of irrigation. There are multiple heads that cover different shapes and distances, different nozzles that allow different rates of water, and tubes that slowly drip water into shrub beds. We believe that since irrigation does use on of our natural; resources that it is imperative that the installer know what they are doing. For instance, only in rare cases do established shrubs that are over one year in the bed need irrigation. Over watering, irrigating concrete, irrigating when it is raining, double coverage in the same area, irrigating in the wrong times of the day, and irrigating at wrong times of the year are all wasteful practices and can cause more problems. Irrigation can be beneficial if it is performed the right way. |
