North Carolina Paver Driveway Installation

Paver driveways, like patios and walkways, are aesthetically and functionally the longest lasting product a customer can invest in. We also install our paver driveways according to engineered or product specification and an ICPI certified installer will be on the job site. The base is compacted to a certain hardness, a layer of underlayment is placed on top of the base, a 6 inch sub-base of Department of Transportation approved gravel (ABC Stone) is then installed, next a one inch sand bed, then the paver, and last polymeric jointing sand is swept over the top and fills all joints. Pavers have an expansion joint betwween each and every pave that is installed. This allows unlimited mobility in the environment of freezing and thawing that we live in and also allows for work to be done underneath the driveway if need be, with re-installation to the surface being invisible after it is completed. The versatility cannot be matched by any other product.
